SPECTREGRAPH #1, C2E2 Updates, New Merch, and a New Era of Exclusives.
A big week for Tiny Onion
Hola Lil’ Onions!
I send this update out to you from the Windy City, a.k.a. Chicago. It’s a big week for the Tiny Onion team with Spectregraph #1 launching yesterday alongside W0RLDTR33 #9 and Something is Killing the Children #36. On top of that, we’re setting up our first con booth, debuting our first wave of merch and newest line of exclusive variants, filming for [REDACTED], and getting ready to announce [REDACTED]. Most of the team has landed or is currently flying into Chicago. Some of us are meeting in person for the first time after working together for months remotely. I wish I could bottle the team’s exuberance and share it with you. Come by our booth this weekend and catch a vibe yourself.
Right. Let’s get into it.
SPECTREGRAPH #1
SPECTREGRAPH #1 is finally here!
For years, the mansion has sat strangely, nestled into the coastline just a short drive north of Los Angeles. Rumors have haunted the place, its owner a titan of American industry with a strange fascination in the occult and the paranormal. For decades, the richest men and women in the country have whispered to each other, trying to understand what he was building alone in that mansion. And now finally, with his death, and his estate open for sale…they are eager to find out for themselves. Two of the most celebrated visionaries of the medium invite you into the world of SPECTREGRAPH, a haunting, cerebral horror story that peels back the layers of America's opulent wealth and uncovers the rot underneath. But be careful: once you enter, you may never leave.
From modern masters JAMES TYNION IV and CHRISTIAN WARD come a ghost story steeped in the decay of a century of capitalism.
James had this to say about working with Christian Ward:
“I love ghost stories, I always have. I think it's one of the most fundamentally human things to fear death, and what's on the other side of it. From the moment Christian Ward and I started talking about doing a creator-owned series, I had my fingers crossed about what sort of story I wanted to tell together. I wanted to explore my own feelings about death and life, and more than anything I wanted to see one of the best artists in this comics industry tackle ghosts. Like in many ghost stories that have come before, it all starts with a strange house with a strange history. But through the blend of our voices, nothing that comes next is going to be quite what you expect. It's only going to get more unusual from here. Christian and I would like to invite you inside to see what horrors and surprises await.
Happy reading.” –James Tynion IV

I am sure there is more than just me that cannot make C2E2. I assume the merch debuting there will be up in the TO store at some point? Either way, SHIT YEA!
Ah! I was getting a bit nervous when my last comment hadn't been replied to, but THANKS for the shout-out!
