Hola, Onions!
We’re gearing up for our first SDCC as a crew, but things within our kitchen headquarters are heating up. Before this email, I was working on the overarching plan for books that won’t be out until 2032. 2032. It sounds so far away, but there you have it. We’re planning out production deadlines for the next decade. Retailers, please take this as confirmation that James will not be stopping anytime soon. Your shelves will not go hungry.
San Diego Comic-Con
The Tiny Onion crew will be at SDCC, but we won’t have a booth. We’re there to support James, haunt the halls, and run up coffee tabs all over town. Below is James’s SDCC schedule in two formats - a graphic you can save to your phone, and a screen-reader-friendly text list.
A couple of points of note so we’re all on the same page headed in: One, due to the short signing times, James has a limit of three items per individual signing, with Onion Club members getting double that. Two, those cute stars on the schedule indicate which signings we will be able to accommodate CGC graded signings, thanks to our publishing partners and friends at Scott's Collectables.

James will be at NYCC this year! It’s going to be a big show for Tiny Onion, but more on that later. 👀
Michael Walsh is writing and drawing UNIVERSAL MONSTERS: FRANKENSTEIN! Tell your LCS to add this to your pull. Trust us.
Jonah Lobe is also crowdfunding for QUIET: LEVEL ONE, an epic adventure graphic novel about a little skeleton’s quest to save the Tree of Worlds. Lobe is the incredible video game designer behind the Skyrim Dragon and the artist behind Marvel Anatomy. From what we’ve seen, this will be a classic. You can back it here.
We have two comics coming out next week!
Something is Killing the Children #39
The Nice House by the Sea #1
If you see the team around SDCC, please feel empowered to come say hello. We can’t take pitches, but we all love chatting with Lil Onions in meatspace whenever possible.
See you on the floor!

Hope to see you!!
This will be my first SDCC and I’m really looking forward to seeing the Tiny Onion team there! On a side note, I spent all my “lottery” tickets on James’ DC signing and none of them hit. 😢 I’m so glad to see there will be multiple opportunities to say “hello!”
