I have been sleeping terribly the last few weeks. I’ve been on a pretty consistent run of 5AM-10AM nights. These tend to alternate between heavy work nights, and “I’ve been spending so much time doing heavy work nights and days, I just want to stay up and watch a movie and not think about anything” nights. This is bad, for a number of reasons, but mostly because it’s self perpetuating. I spend the first half of the day exhausted, and my brain wakes up in the evening, and then I want to do all the things my brain needs to be awake for.
