Can’t wait to see the onion drop 🙌

Awesome news to hear you've got an upcoming issue of Silver Coin! Michaels art has been stomach churning on that series, and so many great writers have really brought their A game to make some horrifying stories! Cant wait to see what you're bringing to the table!

At this point you should just make a post of all the stories you've read and recommended and pin that post so we (so *I*) can come back to it when I'm looking for new shit to read. The Fisherman has been very much on my radar since you mentioned it in a previous newsletter.

I love that we get 3 titles from you this week, and I look forward to reading your issue of “The Silver Coin” (that seems right up your alley)!

Question for you James (or anyone else “in the know”), is there a list somewhere of the in-person appearances you’ll be making this year? I’m specifically interested in anything in the Los Angeles area (WonderCon is the first weekend of April, hint hint).

I really like putting things in parentheses (in case that wasn’t obvious 😉).

Looking forward to SIKTC, HOS, and DoT, but pass on Silver Coin. I didn't see Sweeny Todd for the same reason. Stories about cannibal butchers is not my thing. I support self published comic authors. You've done a excellent job. I'm usually too late to the party to get stuff off your substack website. How about book markers, DoT and HoS, Siktc postcards. And red, white as well as black face masks.

I dabbled with Comixology but never fully committed. Glad I didn't. I have my own comics data base on an excel spread sheet. Although, wondering if there is another website similar to Comixology to keep track of issues descriptions, prices, sold and bought,1st appearances.

I also appreciate the ability to communicate directly with the mastermind behind SIKTC DOT, Bluebook, HOS. I love reading comics with stories about strong fearless women who look don't look like they just stepped out of a Playhouse/Penthouse rag.

Who can fight crime with clothes that hardly cover the nipples and butt. In spiked shoes, well you get the picture. I want to see male protagonist dressed trying to fight monsters in their underwear.

Kudos to you and your team of artist!

Great stuff as always James! Speaking of indexes and quick checks, would you consider publishing the list of short stories and plays you've been reading?

I appreciate seeing your input on the Comixology Debacle. It was my only way to read comics since I just don't have a local LCS so the update hit me *hard* by cutting me off from comics pretty much entirely.
