Good for u with that weight loss! Keep it up. I’m a dude who’s gained and lost 100 pounds more times than I have fingers to count. There’s no better feeling when u just LOST it though. Give p90x a shot. You already did the hard work losing all that weight. If u have the time to workout now 90 minutes 6x a week.....after a 90 day run of p90x u will have a 4 pack and be in beast mode shape.
